Once again, AIPAC has launched an Islamophobic smear campaign against Ilhan and our movement — making disgusting, blatantly false associations between her and terrorism.
Ilhan has always stood against human rights violations, and for peace and justice in the U.S. and around the world. But AIPAC just released hateful online ads smearing her name — because the right-wing establishment is threatened by Ilhan’s work to put human rights at the center of our foreign policy.
The right wing can’t handle the fact that a Black, Muslim woman is speaking truth to power in Congress. So they turn to Islamophobic attacks to try to silence her and stop our progress in its tracks.
