District Attorney Chesa Boudin is committed to making San Francisco a safer place for all of us.  Recently, he joined with more than 25 district attorneys from across the U.S. to urge a federal court to allow the Government of Mexico to proceed with a lawsuit alleging that U.S. gun manufacturers are liable for crimes committed with their weapons across the border. The DA’s office has worked tirelessly to get guns off the streets, meanwhile, these gun manufacturers are perpetuating violence and harm in our city.   They must be held accountable.  Will you add your name to our petition today to show that you support Chesa Boudin’s common sense steps to address gun violence? This is directly from Chesa Boudin:  “The defendant gun manufacturers send guns to Mexico, where transnational drug cartels use them to inflict violence on both sides of the border.
