Wolves are here today - but gone tomorrow?

The wildlife we love are facing a crisis: Four years of Trump administration attacks have devastated our natural resources and wildlife protections. One of Defenders’ top priorities is reversing the deadliest policies of that administration – but against entrenched anti-wildlife forces and years of assaults on critical environmental protections, we’ll need all the help we can get.

Your support will ensure our expert team of scientists, lawyers, advocates and activists have the support needed to demand action and protection for wildlife in courtrooms and in communities across the nation.

It is essential that we work together to be the voice for the animals that cannot speak for themselves.

Help Defenders of Wildlife save endangered and imperiled species and the habitat they need to survive with a tax-deductible donation!

If you want to know how badly wildlife need your help right now, just look at what’s happening to the nation’s wolves.

In Idaho, the governor has approved a plan to wipe out 90% of the state’s wolves. Wisconsin just approved the quota for an upcoming fall hunt after this spring saw hundreds of wolves killed over just three days. Montana’s leaders have signed a slew of laws targeting wolves, such as allowing the use of neck snares to strangle wolves to death.

The enemies of wolves are working hard to see them wiped out – that’s why we need to stand up and use our voices to save these animals, before it’s too late!
