“WASHINGTON — Sen. Joe Manchin came out against a $3.5 trillion budget bill on Thursday, throwing cold water on one of President Joe Biden's top legislative ambitions.
“"I, for one, won’t support a $3.5 trillion bill, or anywhere near that level of additional spending, without greater clarity about why Congress chooses to ignore the serious effects inflation and debt have on existing government programs," Manchin wrote.

The “Infrastructure Bill” the Republicans are blocking to prevent the payment of their share by those very millionaires like themselves and by the Corporations who so willingly took billions in tax breaks from Trump with no objections but now refuse to participate in covering the cost under the pretext that the bill will “Increase National Debt” objecting that they should not be taxed over any amount when these same Republican Senators, not a single one of them, had any concerns about national debt when they voted with Trump to pass what they pocketed, too, in tens of millions that INCREASED THE NATIONAL DEBT BY $1 TRILLION with the help of these very Republicans in Congress!
And these same self-serving cronies in the House and the Senate of the United States will be asking for your votes in 2022 and 2024!
