The House just reconvened yesterday, and already Republicans and moderate Democrats are attempting to derail the budget reconciliation bill, which was promised to pass in tandem with the bipartisan infrastructure package. We cannot afford to wait on funding for clean energy, electric cars, and a sustainable future. This bill is absolutely critical to change the course of the unfolding climate crisis.

It’s not just about climate. The reconciliation bill would also put money directly into the pockets of struggling American families, with measures like making the expanded child tax credit permanent to help lift millions of children out of poverty.
